Every customer that avail us must come in conformity with the terms and
conditions as put forth –
● To ensure authentic identity, every customer is required to submit a
bona fide identity proof (voter card, PAN card, driver’s license or
Aadhar card) during the booking process.
● We highly advice the customer to avail us for any sort of booking at
least 2 two weeks ago to avoid the unavailability of rooms during
peak seasons.
● Once a certain booking process is completed, the customer is
requested to make an advance payment to confirm the booking
status to ensure further formalities.
● With regards to any cancellation, we shall levy certain compensation
charges based on how early or late a cancellation request is
submitted.
● The cancellation request must be made in written, and should be
addressed to our website.
